Scheduling
Let’s do this! Schedule your appointment and put a card on file to reserve it. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a $100 fee, and no-shows are charged at the full fee since the time is set aside specifically for you. Life happens and we all run late sometimes. If you are going to be late, please send a message. If I haven’t heard from you 15 minutes into your appointment time, it may be considered a no-show.
If this is your first session or it has been a while since you scheduled, a 75-minute session is probably best. If it hasn’t been that long since your last session, feel free to book a 50-minute session. Whatever you think you need is great.
You will get a link to a very brief intake form in your appointment confirmation email. Please have it completed at least 12 hours before your appointment. I want to be ready to go when we meet!
If none of the times work for you, please use the waitlist to let me know when you are available and I will see if I can get you in.
If someone else has agreed to cover your fees, please put that in the notes section when you schedule and complete the Outside Payer Agreement form.
Please note, Consultation/Supervision/Other will be charged at the discussed rate.
Please note that in-person appointments are only available on Thursdays. All other days will be online appointments.

50-minute Sessions
This is the length of normal counseling sessions and is the best fit for most people.
-
75-minute sessions
Sometimes a 50-minute session just isn’t enough. People who are deep in trauma-processing or just take a bit longer to settle into a counseling session may benefit from a longer session.

Intensives
Sometimes it just makes sense to spend several hours in a deep dive. We can discuss what makes sense for you.
